Payment Μethods

The payment process of each order is executed safely and securly and we take all the necessary precautions to protect our customer's data. Drops Handmade Jewellery accepts credit cards, debit cards, prepaid bank cards.

It is also possible for the customer to pay via either a secure PayPal transaction or by cash on delivery (only for orders shipped within Greece) or by depositing the amount payable to the account held by “Drops Jewellery” Company.

All payments made using credit/debit cards are processed through the electronic payment platform of "VIVA PAYMENTS".

Your purchases will be shipped via courier, the shipping costs will be calculated and provided after the order is completed.

Shipping costs

Regarding shipping costs explicitly defined as follows:

A. Shipments within Greece, delivery and charges apply as follows

The estimated time of delivery (via either DHL or Geniki Tachydromiki) is 2 -3 working days, unless otherwise stated by the courier company. For purchases less than 60 euro, the shipping charge is 5 euros. Purchases over 60 euros have no shipping charges.

B. For international shipments (via DHL), delivery and charges apply as follows:

B1. Within the European Union, the estimated time of delivery is 3-5 working days (via DHL) unless otherwise stated by the courier company.

For purchases less than 150 euros, the shipping cost is 15 euros.

Purchases over 150 euros do not have shipping costs.

B2. For the rest of the world, the estimated time of delvery is 6-8 working days (via dhl) unless otherwise stated by the courier company.
Shipping costs are 25 euros.

Purchases over 300 euros, do not have shipping costs.

If the courier service can't reach you or otherwise deliver your order, it may be stored temporarily (and rescheduled for delivery) or returned to Drops Handmade Jewellery - in that case, we will notify you via email and reschedule another delivery date at your expense.
