ORDER CANCELLATION - RETURN PRODUCT - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
To cancel before the shipment has been received (partial or full order) please send a mail message on the www.dropsjewellery.com website.
If the ordering process has been completed but the customer has not been fully satisfied with the purchase of the product he/ she has chosen, he/ she is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the completion of the order, provided that the product will be new, unused, in its original condition, and with its packaging intact.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the Company grants to the consumer a period of 14 calendar days, from delivery confirmation to return the product. In such cases the consumer should make sure that the ordered items are returned new, unused, in their original condition and with their packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Also, the customer needs to include in the return package a copy of the return email as well as the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval on behalf of “Drops Jewellery” Company under the above mentioned conditions. Any return delivery costs (provided that the client uses the DHL company to return an order, not more than once) shall be borne by the Company and the Company shall refund the value of the returned products within 30 calendar days. For any returns made via other companies, the clients will bear the shipping costs.
No refunds/returns are acceptable in case of special orders.
If the product ordered by the customer does not comply with the terms of the sale agreement, the latter should contact immediately the Company by sending an email to info@dropsjewellery.com, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by phoning at +30 210 3643129, and the Company will give him/ her instructions for further action. In this case, the customer may return the product to the address indicated below free of charge. In such cases, the consumer should make sure that the ordered items are returned new, unused, in their original condition and with their packaging intact. Returns that do not meet the Company’s policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refund or replacement of a product will take place as soon as possible from the day the Company confirmed to the customer by email that he/ she is entitled to a refund of money or replacement of the defective product.
All products returned to the “Drops Jewellery” Company undergo meticulous quality control. For the customer’s convenience, it is recommended by the Company that they should check carefully upon delivery of their order for the status (condition) of the product sold, as well as for the product’s packaging to be intact so as to detect any apparent defaults.
In case a default is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the problem. In case of defective products, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full within 30 calendar days, including shipping costs and any other reasonable expense charges for the return of the product.
In case of non-receipt of the product due to the absence of the recipient, either the product remains with the Shipping Company or is returned to the Company. If the customer wishes to set a new date of dispatch and receipt of the product, he/ she must inform the Company by email and upon contacting the latter with the Shipping Company to set a new delivery date at the buyer's charge.
We can not issue refunds or accept returns for special orders.
